Title: Room light not resetting correctly when max is exceeded

I have two characters running with halo, they would not normally need light to make the room visible, however when halo runs out the room becomes too dark to see. Looks like there is an arbitrary cap on room light and when the spell ends the light is deducted from the max room light instead of returning to the normal light level.
